Perched atop the Silo building at the Biscuit Mill, The Pot Luck Club has been serving up more than just food since 2012. When it came time for a refresh in 2025, owner Luke wanted to shift the energy – ditching the utilitarian roots for something softer and more luxurious.

We kept the uninterrupted views and the lights at night, and focused on the touchpoints like ash topped tables, leather padded chairs and ash slat work cladding on walls. Banquettes got more comfortable, lighting got moodier, and accents were added to crank up the drama at night.

The result was a space that feels embellished, not overdone – still spontaneous, still electric.
